Cornu vs Slite

Slite is another tool to adopt. Cornu is a layer under the ones you have.

Your company has enough tools. Knowledge access is not a tool problem, it is a layer problem. Cornu connects your company's information to the AI assistants your team already uses, so there is no new workspace to migrate to and nothing new to learn.

Why teams choose Cornu

Your company has enough tools. Knowledge access is a layer problem.

Nothing new to learn

Cornu

Your team asks questions in the AI assistant they already have open. There is no Cornu app to roll out and no search box to train people on.

Slite

Slite is a docs workspace with its own editor and search. Your team moves its knowledge in and learns a new tool.

Onboarding in an hour

Cornu

Turn on SSO, map your groups, approve the MCP server, and move your files in with a prompt. No migration project.

Slite

Slite offers self-serve import, with expert-assisted migration for larger teams.

People write it, AI answers from it

Cornu

Every change is submitted, reviewed, and explicitly approved by the Content Owner for that area. AI answers from your content. It never drafts or rewrites it.

Slite

The Slite Agent watches your other tools and drafts updates, new docs, and merges of duplicate docs. A person approves them before they go live.

No per-seat AI limits

Cornu

Flat price per plan, published on our site. From $100 a month for up to 50 users. Unlimited queries on every plan.

Slite

Priced per user. The Basic plan includes 30 AI questions and 30 AI edits per user each month.

Your first hour

Onboarded in an hour or less.

No implementation team, no connectors to configure, no new app to roll out. The longest steps are the admin ones.

  1. 01

    Turn on SSO

Connect Cornu to your company's identity provider: Okta, Google, Microsoft, and others.

  2. 02

    Map groups to knowledge areas

Decide which groups can see and own each knowledge area, such as HR, Sales, or IT.

  3. 03

    Approve the MCP server

An admin registers Cornu as an official company MCP server in your team's AI assistants.

  4. 04

Move your files in with a prompt

"Take the files in our Policies folder on SharePoint and put them in the HR knowledge area." Or upload them in Cornu.

Slite

An honest take

When Slite may be the better fit.

If you want a docs editor where your team writes and reads documents day to day, for example to move off Google Drive and Docs, Notion, or Confluence, Slite is built for that.

Cornu answers through AI assistants. If your team does not use one yet, or you are a team of just a few people, Slite's per-user pricing and in-app search may suit you better today.

Before you switch

Questions about moving from Slite.

Is Cornu a replacement for Slite?
Cornu is not a docs app. It is the layer that connects your company's approved information to the AI assistants your team already uses. Your team keeps writing where they write today and asks questions in the AI tool they already have open.
How long does it take to get started with Cornu?
Most teams are onboarded in an hour or less. The longest steps are admin work: turning on SSO, mapping identity provider groups to knowledge areas, and registering Cornu as an approved company MCP server. Moving content in is a prompt to your AI assistant, or an upload in Cornu.
Does Cornu use AI to write or update my docs?
No. People submit content, and the Content Owner for each knowledge area reviews and explicitly approves every change. Every document has a review period so content stays current. To resync a file you edited in SharePoint or Google Drive, ask your AI assistant, or have a service account sync it through the Cornu API.
How does Cornu pricing compare to Slite?
Cornu charges a flat price per plan, starting at $100 a month for up to 50 users, with unlimited queries on every plan. Slite charges $10 to $20 per user per month, billed yearly, with monthly AI limits on its Basic plan.

Slite details are based on Slite's public website as of October 26, 2026: Slite home page, Slite pricing, Slite Agent, Slite vs Notion. Slite is a trademark of its respective owner.
